How do I cook the meals?

The meals are already fully cooked. You only need to follow the reheating instructions supplied with the package, reheating in a microwave(preferably) or in an oven.

Are your photos of the actual food?

Yes, we have an excellent photographer who receives the meals and takes the photos! Then she gets to eat the meals, lucky woman!

Where do I find ingredient and nutritional information?

How do I know the meals are really Diabetic-Friendly?

Our dietitians and chefs work together to ensure the meals are diabetic-friendly, but it’s important to share the nutritional information with your nutritionist or doctor if you’re concerned. Not all diabetic diets are the same.

What if I don’t like something that I receive?

Can you deliver to a P.O. box?

We’re sorry, shipping is not available to P.O. boxes.

Do I have to be home when the shipment comes?

No, you don’t need to be home when the delivery arrives. The order will arrive in a Styrofoam cooler with dry ice that will be fine until you arrive home later that day. If there are any issues or concerns when you get your order let us know and we will replace or credit anything that there are problems with.
